Jacori is appointed as Director and Head of Trust and Corporate Accounting and Tax. She joined Sentinel in 2016.
About
After obtaining her Honours degree in Accounting Sciences, Jacori completed her three-year SAICA articles in January 2014 and was appointed to the position of Senior Accountant/Audit Manager at a Pretoria based audit firm. She held this position for two years before joining Sentinel’s Johannesburg branch as a senior trust accountant.
Jacori was thereafter appointed as Head of Trust and Corporate Accounting and Tax in 2021, a position she currently holds, where she and her team focus on providing value adding services to clients in the field of accounting and tax.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the trust accounting and tax industry, Jacori has a wealth of knowledge regarding the South African tax landscape relating to trusts. Jacori holds the designations of Business Accountant in Practice (CIBA – BAP(SA)) and General Tax Practitioner (SAIT – GTP(SA)).
